4. Information Products

We offer digital courses, ebooks, and other learning materials for self-paced study in the field of data protection.

5. Goods

We may sell branded merchandise related to our privacy learning hub.

6. Payment & Refund Policy

Privacy Matrix values your satisfaction. The following outlines our policy regarding payment refunds and scheduling options:

• Services: If you cancel a scheduled service at least 48 hours in advance, you may request a fee refund. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days. You also have the option to reschedule your service within six months of the original date at no additional charge. Services that have commenced or where materials have already been delivered are non-refundable due to the customized nature of the content.
• Information Products: All digital learning materials are provided with immediate access. Due to the nature of digital delivery, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted. If you experience technical issues or access failures, please contact us within 14 days so we can provide a replacement file or issue a payment refund where appropriate. Contact Us to report such issues.
• Goods: Physical items may be eligible for a refund if requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending goods back. Once received and inspected, we will issue a payment credit within 7 business days.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services, products, and merchandise are provided “as is” without any warranties. Privacy Matrix disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Privacy Matrix and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our services or products.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
